  • After booking, check your email and download your ticket.
  • Show the ticket at the entrance or turnstile for scanning.
  • Once scanned, you can enter the venue and begin your visit.

Dubai Dolphinarium Important Information

  • Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
  • Entry to Creek Park requires a fee of AED 5 per person.
  • Tourists can buy the park ticket at the counter or kiosk, while residents may use a NOL card or purchase a ticket.
  • Shared transfers are available only from central areas in Dubai like Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.
  • Transfer timings may change depending on your location and road traffic.
  • Children under 2 years can enter free of charge.
  • For water activities, children must be at least 8 years old and able to swim confidently.
  • Pregnant women and guests with injuries are not allowed to swim with dolphins.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking inside transfer vehicles are not allowed during tours.
  • For time-slot bookings with transfers, if there’s a delay, guests should consider taking their own transport to avoid missing the show. Refund claims for transfer delays can be submitted later.
