Pick-up and drop-off are provided only from hotels or residences within Dubai.
No refunds apply for unused or partly used services.
Children below 13 must be with an adult at all times.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
Transfer times can change by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic and location.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
