Important Information

  • Visa applications are subject to approval at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
  • Passports must be valid for at least six months from the intended date of return when traveling internationally.
  • Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice; please reconfirm your flight status at least 24 hours before departure.
  • Seating arrangements for transfers are based on availability and will be assigned by our tour manager.
  • Private transportation can be arranged upon request for any tours.
  • Pick-up and drop-off times may be adjusted according to the itinerary, traffic conditions, and guest location.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including valuables, wallets, and media equipment. Our drivers and guides cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
  • Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles without prior notice; please inform us at the time of booking.
  • Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult during all water-based activities.
  • On Islamic holidays and national occasions, alcohol service and live entertainment will not be available.
  • Guests are advised to carefully read the tour brochure, itinerary, Terms and Conditions, price details, and any other related documents, as these form part of the travel contract.
  • Photography of local residents (particularly women), military sites, government buildings, and official installations is strictly prohibited.
  • Littering is a punishable offense and may result in fines.
  • Smoking is not allowed in public areas.
  • Some tours require an original passport or Emirates ID for participation. This information is clearly mentioned in the tour notes; failure to carry the required documents may result in denied entry, for which we are not responsible.
  • A 100% no-show fee will apply if guests fail to arrive on time for scheduled pick-ups.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially used services.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic delays, technical issues, weather conditions, or delays caused by other guests), tours may be rescheduled or replaced with alternative options where possible.
  • If a guest misses the pick-up and the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer will be provided, and no refund will be issued.
