  • On the day of your tour, please present the confirmation voucher either a printed copy or on your mobile device to the driver for verification.

  • Guests are required to carry a valid ID or passport during the tour.
  • This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back or neck issues.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially utilized services.
  • Heavy luggage is not permitted during the activity.
  • Children under 16 are allowed to participate in the desert safari and will be charged accordingly; however, they are not permitted for Shisha or dune buggy activities.
  • Infants are not allowed on the dune bashing activity and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
  • For locations beyond standard SIC pick-up points, our operations team will coordinate with you to suggest an appropriate meeting point.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
