Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, or laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.
We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This will appear as a charge on your statement.
Once the payment is completed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by email. Its printout can be used as evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. Ensure that you’ve provided accurate information regarding your travel requirements at the time of booking.
Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies. Before booking any activity with Smart Dubai Tours, clients must read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.
Combo tours can be cancelled, but if any single tour in a combo is cancelled, the combo offer cannot be availed. In this case, Smart Dubai Tours will consider the individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour and refund the remaining amount.
Tourist Visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made on the Smart Dubai Tours website.
While booking a combo, ensure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services listed in the options.
If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds, in part or full, can be provided. The same condition applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, or other travel-related services.
Before making a cancellation, we recommend you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. To cancel all or any part of your reservation, notify Smart Dubai Tours in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and inform you of any applicable fees via email, fax, or telephone. Smart Dubai Tours cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local/weather conditions, airway schedules, and other factors. Should this occur, we can provide suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability. We will announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Smart Dubai Tours reserves the right to implement minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be provided in the event of vis major, such as floods or earthquakes.
If we are unable to secure accommodation in your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. Check-in/check-out policies depend on the hotel chosen. Smart Dubai Tours cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests not adhered to by the hotel due to their schedule.
Smart Dubai Tours shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellation. It is advisable that travelers avail themselves of a travel insurance policy to address unforeseen events.
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure they carry the necessary documents for a particular tour, including a passport or valid ID card. This is especially important for guests traveling from another country. No refunds will be provided in the event of loss or lack of these documents. Similarly, passengers, irrespective of nationality, are advised to check with their respective country’s consulate to gain information on entry requirements before planning their visit. It is equally vital to inquire with your consulate regarding current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.
