Ski Dubai Tickets Important Information

Ski and snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets are provided at the venue for your safety.
Helmets are mandatory for children under 13 years of age.
Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
To ride the Snow Bullet, children must be at least 8 years old, 125 cm in height, and over 30 kg in weight.
Adult participants must not exceed a weight limit of 120 kg.
Certain rides and attractions are subject to specific height and weight restrictions.
Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted inside the Penguin Encounter area.
Eating and drinking are only allowed at designated outlets such as Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant.
No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used services.
Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the park.
Slope access is strictly limited to experienced skiers and snowboarders.
For Snow Premium passes, coordination with our operations team is required. The slot must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the visit date.
Guests must present the confirmation email at the venue. If you have not received it, please contact our team before your visit.
The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the activities.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside vehicles during tours that include transfer services.
